What exactly do I get?+
A private, secure desk: one page for your household with who to call, bills, medicines, cards, the house, the cars, people, dates and where the important papers are. It opens on a phone, a laptop or the TV.
Do you keep my passwords or bank details?+
No. Never passwords, PINs, card security codes or original documents. We record the last four digits and where things are kept.
Who can see it?+
Only the people you name. Each gets their own access, and you can take it back any time.
How do the hours work?+
Choose a monthly plan from 2 to 120 hours. The same Sapoort person handles your calls, quotes, renewals, bookings and forms. Unused hours roll over one month, and you can change or pause any month.
What if I stop?+
The desk is yours. Cancel any time in your account and we’ll give you a full copy.
Is this for me, or for Mum and Dad?+
Either. The sitting works best with whoever handles the paperwork in the room.
You mention real estate. Is that what this is really about?+
No. Sapoort is a paid service on its own. The group’s other businesses are listed at the bottom of every page. Using any of them is always your choice.
